RESUMO

Up to 70% of patients hospitalized for COVID-19 need respiratory support, up to 10% need high-flow oxygen therapy, non-invasive and invasive ventilation. However, standard methods of respiratory support are ineffective in 0.4-0.5% of patients. In case of potentially reversible critical refractory respiratory failure that patients may require ECMO. Management of patients with extremely severe COVID-19 associates with numerous clinical challenges, including critical illness, multiple organ dysfunction, blood coagulation disorders, requiring prolonged ICU stay and care, use of multiple pharmacotherapies including immunosuppressive drugs. Pharmacological suppression of immunity is associated with a significant increase in the risk of secondary bacterial and fungal infections. Currently, data on epidemiology of secondary infections in patients with COVID-19 undergoing ECMO is limited. Aim. To study the prevalence and etiology of secondary infections associated with positive blood cultures in patients with extremely severe COVID-19 requiring ECMO. Materials and methods. A single-center retrospective non-interventional epidemiological study including 125 patients with extremely severe COVID-19 treated with ECMO in April 2020 to December 2021. Results. Out of 700 blood culture tests performed in 125 patients during the study, 250 tests were positive confirming bacteremia/fungemia. Isolated pathogens varied depending on the duration of ECMO: gram-positive bacteria (primarily coagulase-negative staphylococci) dominated from the initiation of ECMO support;increased duration of ECMO associated with an increasing the proportion of pathogens common in ICU (Klebsiella pneumoniae and/or Acinetobacter baumannii with extensively drug resistant and pan-drug resistant phenotypes, and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium). When ECMO lasted more than 7-14 days, opportunistic pathogens (Candida species, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Providencia stuartii, non-diphtheria corynebacteria, Burkholderia species and others) prevailed as etiological agents. Conclusion. Longer duration of ECMO resulted in increasing the rates of infectious complications. In patients undergoing ECMO for more than 14 days, the microbiological landscape becomes extremely diverse, which hampers choosing an empirical antimicrobial therapy. Since potential pathogens causing secondary infections in patients during ECMO are difficult to predict, rapid identification of rare opportunistic pathogens and their sensitivity profile, followed by targeted administration of antimicrobials, seems most beneficial.Copyright © 2023, V.A. Intro: The need for re-use of gloves as an alternative to single use was raised in times of resource shortages because during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, marked increase in healthcare associated infection was reported, which might owing to shortage of personal protective equipment. we aimed to evaluate the risk of microbial transmission by comparing residual microorganism after multiple patient contact according to with or without gloves in clinical practice. Method(s): Three researchers made rounds of patients while touching the same area successively followed by alcohol-based hand rub: one with bare hands, one with single gloves, and one with double gloves. Hand imprints were obtained before and after rounds, and cultured to count colony-forming units (CFU). The number of colonies was compared between groups in a semi-quantitative manner by hand area. Finding(s): Mean CFU counts after round were 10.06 for bare hands, 31.22 for single-gloved hands, and 49.67 for double-gloved hands (p=0.084). The most commonly identified microorganism after rounding was coagulase-negative Staphylococci (77.8%, 42/54), followed by Bacillus species (62.9%, 34/54). Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii was confirmed from a pair of double-gloved hand specimens after the rounds. That round included a patient with the same organism with the same antibiotic susceptibility results. More microorganisms were remained after alcohol-based hand rub on gloved hands than on bare hands. Conclusion(s): From our results, the possibility of microbial transmission seems more likely in gloved hands than in bare hands even after alcohol-based hand rub. Therefore, we do not recommend the re-use of gloves after alcohol-based hand hygiene.Copyright © 2023

Background: SARS-CoV-2 infection is still remaining menacing infection with pandemic spread. Epidemiology of SARS -CoV-2 is still underestimated and meaning of bacterial or fungal co-infections needs to be studied. Aim(s): to characterize and compare bacterial/fungal co-infections at admission in hospitalized patients with SARSCoV-2. Method(s): A retrospective cohort study of bacterial co-infections at admission in SARS-CoV-2-positive adult patients with CAP admitted to Vladivostok Regional Hospital, from year 2020 to 2021. There were estimated length of stay, ICU-admission and 30-day mortality was compared in patients with and without bacterial co-infection. Result(s): the estimated mortality rate was about 65% (1105/1700). Fungal and/ or bacterial infections were diagnosed in 802 patients from the lethal cases (72%). The risk of death was increased by bacterial (OR: 11.28) and fungal (OR: 10.97) coinfections. Coinfections increased the risk of death if patients suffered from cardiovascular disease (OR: 14.53), diabetes (OR: 8.00) or obesity (OR: 7.60) in comparison with patients with these comorbidities but without pathogen isolation. The increased risk of death was detected for coagulase-negative Staphylococcus (OR: 25.39), Candida non-albicans (OR: 11.12), S. aureus (OR: 10.72), Enterococcus spp. (OR: 4.77), and C. albicans (OR: 3.97). Conclusion(s): apparently co-infections are the basic problem in SARS-CoV-19 infection mortality and first of all they need to be estimated in view of predisposing factors in patients with co-morbidity.

In the COVID-19 pandemic, to minimize aerosol-generating procedures, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) was utilized at our institution as an alternative to transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) for diagnosing infective endocarditis (IE). This retrospective study evaluated the clinical utility of CMR for detecting IE among 14 patients growing typical microorganisms on blood cultures or meeting modified Duke Criteria. Seven cases were treated for IE. In 2 cases, CMR results were notable for possible leaflet vegetations and were clinically meaningful in guiding antibiotic therapy, obtaining further imaging, and/or pursuing surgical intervention. In 2 cases, vegetations were missed on CMR but detected on TEE. In 3 cases, CMR was non-diagnostic, but patients were treated empirically. There was no difference in antibiotic duration or outcomes over 1 year. CMR demonstrated mixed results in diagnosing valvular vegetations and guiding clinical decision-making. Further prospective controlled trials of CMR Vs TEE are warranted. © 2022 Elsevier Inc.

Background. Literature shows early intravenous (IV) to oral (PO) antimicrobial transition for infective endocarditis (IE) and bone and joint infection (BJI) is noninferior to prolonged IV antimicrobial therapy. COVID-19 pandemic peaks resulted in critical shortages of staffed hospital beds spurring innovation. Outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT), a well-established program using prolonged IV antimicrobials, faces challenges such as infusion resource needs and social circumstance limitations. Complex outpatient antimicrobial therapy (COpAT) uses PO in place of IV antimicrobials. We hypothesized rapid adoption of COpAT would decrease hospital length of stay and open beds while retaining satisfactory clinical outcomes. Methods. COpAT protocols (Image 1) and guidelines by infection type and isolated organism (Image 2) were created. Hospitalized patients including persons who inject drugs (PWID) were evaluated for IV to PO antimicrobial transition by an infectious diseases (ID) physician and then followed by an ID physician-pharmacist team. Demographic, ID, and clinical outcome data for the first 100 COpAT patients between December 2020 and February 2022 were obtained by retrospective chart review. Image 1. PWID accounted for 78% of COpAT patients. BJI followed by mixed infection (IE and BJI) was most prevalent (Image 3) with bacteremia in 53% of cases. Staphylococcus aureus was most frequently isolated (Image 4). Oral linezolid and fluoroquinolones, often in combination, were most commonly used. IV and PO antimicrobials were taken for a median 28 and 14 days, respectively. The COpAT program saved 1425 IV antimicrobial and 1363 hospital days. Assuming daily inpatient cost of $2050, cost avoided was $2,794,150. COpAT patients participated in ID follow-up and adhered to PO antimicrobials with low 30-day readmission rates (Image 5). Image 3. In a sample of 100 COpAT patients including PWID, IV to PO antimicrobial transition safely saved hospital days and mitigated critical bed shortages during pandemic peaks. A successful COpAT program requires a multidisciplinary group: close ID physician-pharmacist collaboration extending to OPAT and antimicrobial stewardship teams. With a COpAT program in place, even earlier IV to PO antimicrobial transitions should be studied.

Background. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak reached peak levels in South Korea as the Delta variant, dominant from late August until the end of 2021, was rapidly overtaken by the Omicron variant at the start of 2022. In studies conducted near the start of the pandemic, the occurrence of bacteremia in COVID-19 patients was relatively low. We aimed to determine if there was a change in the rate of bacteremia in COVID-19 patients with the progression of the pandemic. Methods. We performed a retrospective study of patients who were diagnosed with COVID-19 at a referral hospital between September 2021 and March 2022. Blood culture results were recorded, along with demographic characteristics and clinical outcomes. Contamination was considered when a single blood culture was positive for coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS), Corynebacterium species, or Bacillus species. Clinically relevant bacteremia was defined as bacteremia due to clinically significant pathogens between 7 days before COVID-19 diagnosis to 14 days after diagnosis. Results. Among the 360 patients included in the study, 46 cases from 43 (11.9%) patients were considered to be clinically relevant bacteremia. Enterococcus faecalis (17.4%) and CoNS (17.4%) were the most common pathogens, followed by Acinetobacter baumannii (15.2%), Staphylococcus aureus (10.7%) and Escherichia coli (10.7%). The median number of days from COVID-19 diagnosis to identification of bacteremia was 2 days. There was no significant difference in the rate of bacteremia between the Delta (September-December 2021) and Omicron variant eras (January-March 2022) (12.2% vs. 11.7%, P = .88). In the subgroup analysis of patients who received more than 2 days of intensive care, there was no statistical difference in the rate of bacteremia (14.5% [9/62] in the Delta variant era vs. 16.9% [14/83] in the Omicron variant era;P = .70). Mortality was significantly higher in patients with clinically relevant bacteremia (48.8% vs. 19.2%, P < .001). Conclusion. Many COVID-19 patients had bacteremia in the Omicron variant era, especially in the intensive care unit. Clinicians should suspect bacterial coinfection when a COVID-19 patient is clinically aggravated.

Background: The use of smart phones inside hospitals especially in clinically sensitive areas is a subject of debate because it may improve the quality of healthcare but can also be a vehicle of hospital acquired infections. Aim: To determine dentist's knowledge and behavior related to the use of smart phones in clinical environment and to determine the presence of microbial growth on these devices. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study in which validated survey tool was used to collect data about knowledge and behavior of 397 dental graduates from 8 dental colleges of Pakistan, regarding their usage of smart phones in clinical environment. Bacterial isolates were collected from the smart phones of 45 participants from Fatima Memorial Dental Hospital, Lahore. Results: The SPTC Scale was used to divide the participants into 3 categories;low, moderate and high users. The behavior related to smart phone usage in clinical environment was significantly different among the participants. Moderate users had significantly higher average behavior score of 3.7 (p-value = 0.034). The growth of pathogenic bacterial flora was greater on high users of smart phones (95%,) whereas those participants who were low users the percentage was 37%. Conclusion: Hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) are increasing significantly in number of patients and these can be prevented by adhering to proper hand hygiene practices and if hand hygiene is improved the amount of bacterial load will be less and disinfection of smart phone devices will not be required.

SESSION TITLE: COVID-19 Case Report Posters 1 SESSION TYPE: Case Report Posters PRESENTED ON: 10/17/2022 12:15 pm - 01:15 pm INTRODUCTION: COVID-19 patients requiring admission to an ICU have a higher risk of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) with a reported incidence of 19.6%-33.3%. CASE PRESENTATION: A 63-year-old male presented with progressively worsening dyspnea for one week. He has a past medical history of atrial fibrillation, hypertension, and obesity. He was tested positive for COVID about two weeks prior. He did receive a single dose of Moderna vaccine. Initial chest x-ray(CXR) showed diffuse ground-glass opacities. He was initiated on Remdesivir and decadron, and later received a dose of tocilizumab. He was intubated on hospital day 3 for worsened hypoxemia. Repeat CXR suggested some improvement but a new left lower lobe airspace haziness. He also had new-onset leukocytosis with elevated procalcitonin level. He was started on cefepime for concern of superimposed hospital-acquired pneumonia. A second dose of tocilizumab was administered. No clinical improvement was seen, and additional workups were obtained. Serial CXRs revealed increasing diffuse airspace opacities concerning for ARDS. Tracheal aspirate culture grew coagulase-negative staphylococcus and Aspergillosis Fumigatus. Cefepime was changed to vancomycin, and voriconazole and caspofungin were added. Unfortunately, the patient's respiratory status worsened with increasing ventilation requirement. He also developed septic shock and acute renal failure requiring CVVH. He became even more hypotensive after CVVH initiation, and multiple vasopressors were required to maintain his hemodynamics. Unfortunately, he continued to deteriorate and he also developed profound respiratory acidosis. He died shortly afterwards after family decided to withdraw care. DISCUSSION: In this case, in addition to superimposed bacterial pneumonia, pulmonary aspergillosis likely also contributed to his clinical deterioration. The mechanism by which fungal infections develop in COVID-19 infection is not well-understood. Severe COVID-related immune dysregulation, ARDS, and high-dose steroids use are potential culprits for the increased risk of IPA. Tocilizumab, an IL-6 receptor monoclonal antibody used in patients with severe COVID-19 infection, may also predispose the patient to IPA according to post-marketing data. The mortality rate from current case reports is as high as 64.7%. Diagnosis and treatment in such a scenario remain a challenge. Sputum culture, serum Beta-galactomannan, Beta-D glucan, and aspergillosis PCR have low sensitivity. Tissue biopsy and CT scan in critically ill patients are often not feasible. Voriconazole is usually considered the first-line treatment in IPA. CYP3A4-mediated drug interactions between azoles and antiviral agents require further investigation. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians should be aware that severe COVID-19 patients are at higher risk of IPA. The prognosis is poor. Early detection and treatment in clinically deteriorated patients are warranted. SESSION TITLE: Critical Care in Chest Infections Case Report Posters 2 SESSION TYPE: Case Report Posters PRESENTED ON: 10/17/2022 12:15 pm - 01:15 pm INTRODUCTION: Shewanella are gram-negative bacteria that inhabit salt and brackish watery environments, rarely causing skin and soft tissue infections. We report a case of septic shock, bacteremia, and empyema due to Shewanella in a COVID-ARDS survivor who previously received ECMO. CASE PRESENTATION: A 67-year-old man with a medical history of hypertension, diabetes, recent COVID-ARDS illness complicated with STEMI, leading to a VT/VF arrest requiring 21-days of VV-ECMO support presented three weeks after discharge due to worsening oxygen needs. The patient was hypotensive, febrile, tachycardic, tachypneic, with SatO2 92% on HFNC> 50%FIO2. Labs showed leukocytosis, lactic acidosis, and acute kidney injury. Chest x-ray showed a loculated left pleural effusion. Broad spectrum antibiotics were started. Blood cultures grew Shewanella species in aerobic and anaerobic bottles. A CT of the chest is shown (Figure 1). Thoracentesis was performed with findings consistent with empyema (Table 1). The empyema was managed with pigtail catheters and TPAse-DNAse. Pleural fluid cultures had no growth. The patient improved and was discharged on 6-week course of IV ceftazidime. DISCUSSION: Shewanella is a rare cause of skin and soft tissue infections, following traumatic injuries in association with exposure to salt or brackish water. It has also been associated with pneumonia, in the setting of near drownings, in both fresh and saltwater. Individuals with underlying liver disease and immunocompromising conditions are at the highest risk of contracting the pathogen and manifesting illness. Shewanella algae and putrefaciens may manifest as deep ulcers with hemorrhagic bullae, bacteremia, endocarditis, and meningitis (1). In addition, biliary tract infections and peritonitis can occur (2). Our patient had no epidemiologic risk factors for Shewanella infection. Although nosocomial transmission is possible, we are not aware of any previous reports of such exposure in association with this infection. Given negative pleural fluid culture with positive blood culture, we hypothesize our patient's empyema is due to Shewanella given no other apparent infectious etiology. Studies have shown that approximately 40% of pleural infection are culture negative. It is possible that antibiotic therapy started before fluid collection lowered the diagnostic yield of thoracentesis. The prevalence of bloodstream infections during ECMO ranges from 3 to 18%, with coagulase-negative staphylococcus as the most frequent cause, followed by Candida spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus spp. (3) with no known reports of Shewanella per the ELSO registry. CONCLUSIONS: This case may confer possible healthcare-related acquirement of Shewanella. Our case adds awareness to clinicians about potential routes of inoculation, predisposing factors, and the wide clinical manifestations of Shewanellosis. Invasive aspergillosis is a rapidly progressive, fatal infection that usually occurs in immunocompromised patients. The spectrum of clinical presentation ranges from non-invasive, invasive, destructive and allergic aspergillosis. It is rare to see overwhelming aspergillosis in an immunocompetent host. Nevertheless, certain risk factors such as underlying fibrotic lung disease, suppurative infection, long-term corticosteroid use and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (DM) have been described. We hereby present a case of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in a patient with uncontrolled DM. A 60-year-old man with a history of heavy smoking (50- pack-year), poorly controlled DM presented to the hospital with a large area of erythema with eschar over his left posterior thigh. Clinical examination and CT abdomen pelvis confirmed necrotizing fasciitis involving his perineum and left thigh. Admission CT abdomen showed a small left lower lobe infiltrate (Day 1, Panel A). He underwent urgent debridement and intraoperative tissue cultures grew coagulase-negative staphylococcus, Proteus Vulgaris and anaerobic gram-positive rods. He received piperacillintazobactam, vancomycin, and clindamycin for 16 days which was subsequently narrowed to ceftriaxone and metronidazole. He had worsening leukocytosis but all his blood cultures have been negative. Tracheal aspirate gram stain on day 5 showed moderate yeast, and cultures grew Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus. CT scan of his chest showed bilateral reticulonodular opacities with a new loculated right pleural effusion (Day 16, Panel B). Trans-esophageal echocardiogram did not show any right-sided heart valve vegetation. He received intravenous voriconazole for disseminated aspergillosis. Despite of new prophylactic antifungal strategies, more sensitive and rapid diagnostic tests, as well as various efficacious treatments, survival of invasive disseminated aspergillosis remains poor. High clinical suspicion with a proactive investigation approach is the key to minimizing mortality. Various risk factors such as hematopoietic-cell transplantation, neutropenia, solid-organ transplantation, chemotherapy, prolonged ICU stay, structural lung disease, impaired mucociliary clearance after a recent pulmonary infection (including SARS-CoV-2) have been well described. Our case highlights the importance of recognizing uncontrolled DM as a crucial risk factor for disseminated aspergillosis. (Figure Presented).

Background:COVID-19 is a new viral infection. Viral- bacterial co-infections are one of the biggest medical concerns, resulting in in- creased mortality rates. To date, few studies have investigated bacterial superinfections in COVID-19 patients admitted to ICUs. Methods:A total 43 patients admitted to our ICUs were enrolled in this study. To detect COVID-19, real - time polymerase chain reac- tion was performed. Pleural fluid, blood & sputum samples were collected from symptomatic patients and then all the samples were processed and bacterial identification was done using standard microbiological techniques. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was carried out based on the CLSI recommendations. Results:Of 43 COVID -19 patients, 26 (60.46%) patients were male & 17 (39.53%) patients were female, with a mean age of 65 years. The average ICU length of stay was approximately 20 days. Among all admitted patients, 31 patients were found positive for bacterial infections & 12 patients were negative. Most common isolates were Staphylococcus aureus (11) & Pseudomonas aeruginosa (8). Oth- ers were Acinetobacter baumanii (6), Klebsiella pneumoniae (3), Enterococcus species (2) & coagulase negative staphylococcus spe- cies. All of the staphylococcus aureus isolates were detected as methicillin- resistant staphylococcus aureus & out of which 1 was detected as vancomycin resistant staphylococcus aureus. All of the staphyloccus isolates were sensitive to linezolid & also they were sensitive to vancomycin except one isolate. All isolates of Pseudo- monas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumonia & Acinetobacter baumanii were 100% sensitive to Colistin & have shown different percentage of sensitivity to other antibiotics. All isolates of enterococcus & coagulase negative staphylococcus species were sensitive to gen- tamicin, linezolid & vancomycin. [Formula presented] Conclusions: Our findings emphasize the concern of superinfection in COVID-19 patients due to Staphylococcus aureus & Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Consequently it is important to pay attention to bacteri- al co-infections in critical patients positive for COVID-19.

Introduction Since coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has limited treatment options, concern has been raised over secondary infections and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) patterns. It has been observed that patients who were infected with COVID-19 were predisposed to develop secondary infections. The purpose of the study is to ascertain the prevalence of the bacterial and fungal coinfections in COVID-19 patients, and also to assess the AMR patterns in the obtained isolates. Methods We have studied 200 clinical samples obtained from 122 COVID-19 positive patients. Pathogens were identified using Vitek 2 system. The demographic and clinical patterns were also observed. Results A total of 122 patients developed secondary infections. Patients aged more than 40 years were majorly affected ( p -value < 0.0001). Respiratory samples ( n = 96) were predominant. Klebsiella pneumoniae ( n = 68) was the most common pathogen isolated followed by Acinetobacter baumannii ( n = 54) and an overall 6% rise in the Carbapenem resistance was observed in the isolates. Conclusion To contain the secondary infections in COVID-19 patients, it is imperative to adhere to antimicrobial stewardship program and timely revise the empirical antibiotic policy.

The WHO has set Defined Daily Dose which represent the average daily dose of an antibiotic in a standard patient. The DDD mai nly focuses on population-based parameters & assumes that patients as well as hospitals are homogenous entities. DOTs are very useful in order to classify antibiotic days based on patient-level exposure. DOTs merely mean the number of days that a patient is on an antibiotic, irrespective of dose. DOTs signifies that the underlying assumptions about antibiotic dosing was appropriate. Additionally, when patients receive more than one antibiotic, supplementary DOT may be counted. The 300-bed tertiary care medical center serves adults and paediatrics. An all-time Microbiology Consultant and a Clinical Pharmacology trainee used to go for round daily and used to collect data for ASP for the period of 3 months that is April to June,2021. In this study we have compared DOT of some important antibiotics for a specific period of time for both COVID and NON COVID patient. ASP-focused antibiotics were antibiotics routinely evaluated by the ASP team for appropriateness during therapy and the potential to optimize their appropriate use through policies, protocols, formulary restrictions, or clinician education. ASP-focused antibiotics included meropenem, linezolid, pip-taz, poly b, colistin, teicoplanin. In this study we have compared the DDD for 2 specific period of time for better understanding the consumption of those antibiotics. In conclusion, following the initiation of an ASP, significant decreases in utilization, increases in cost savings occurred. In our study we have reduced the consumption and DDD of linezolid which is clinically significant. When it comes to DOTs;We have reduced the DOTs of piptaz and teicoplanin for covid patient And Reduced the DOTs of meropenem and teicoplanin for non-covid patient which is clinically and statistically significant.

The acquisition of drug resistance and virulence by staphylococcal species colonizing humans is a growing public health concern. The present study was conducted to investigate the prevalence, antimicrobial resistance and genetic characteristics of Staphylococcus isolates from the oral cavity and skin (hand) of systemically healthy subjects with dental disease and dental staff in northern Japan. Among a total of 133 subjects (91 patients and 42 staff), 87 coagulase-positive Staphylococcus (83 S. aureus/4 S. argenteus) and 162 coagulase-negative Staphylococcus (CoNS) isolates were recovered from 59 (44.4%) and 95 (71.4%) subjects, respectively. Three oral isolates were methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) (3.6%, 3/83) that were genotyped as ST8-SCCmec-IVl, ST4775(CC1)-SCCmec-IVa and ST6562(CC8)-SCCmec-IVa. Remarkably, the ST6562 isolate harbored PVL genes on ΦSa2usa and type I ACME (arginine catabolic mobile element). Four methicillin-susceptible isolates were identified as S. argenteus belonging to ST1223 and ST2250, which harbored enterotoxin genes egc-2 and sey, respectively. Among the fourteen CoNS species identified, methicillin-resistant (MR) isolates were detected in five species (11 isolates, 13.3% of CoNS), with S. saprophyticus and S. haemolyticus being the most common. ACME was prevalent in only S. epidermidis and S. capitis. These findings indicated the potential distribution of USA300 clone-like MRSA, toxigenic S. argenteus and MR-CoNS in the oral cavity of dental patients.
